My name is Michael Priddis and I am the creator of Latter Day Clipart and the artist who drew everything you see on this site. I have dabbled in many mediums from pencil to oil paints, to scultpure, but feel as though I found my real passion when I discovered computer graphic design and web design. I have been providing freelance graphic design and web design services for about 10 years.

I have had a few clipart websites. I’m known for My CTR Ring. Most of my efforts are being put into Latter Day Clipart. With Latter Day Clipart, I’m trying to improve the quality of the graphics. Basically, take a little more time to offer a better select of more modern clipart.

Side Note: Clipart takes a significant amount of time to create. I spend A LOT of free time creating these things. Please adhere to my Terms of Use so I receive the appropriate recognition and compensation for my work. See Terms of Use

A little more about myself:

Freelance Graphic Designer
The majority of my freelance graphic design work has centered around creating flyer’s, logo’s, and other marketing materials. I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash to do most of my design. I’ve even designed two card games and illustrated a few books. Many of these items are done under the name pzign and are able to be seen at www.pzign.com

Web Design
I designed my first website while working as a Tech Support Rep for Big Planet Internet service provider in Provo, UT many years ago. As an employee of the company I was provided free web space and tools to teach me how to write HTML. Honestly, it didn’t take long before I was addicted and since then have designed over a hundred websites.

I am proficient with html, css. I do some flash as well as some php and action script. I’ve worked with a number of open source providers such as osCommerce, zencart, WordPress, joomla as well as other; WordPress is my favorite. I can also help you with SEO (search engine optimization).

I’ve been known to take pictures of a lot of things people would normally not take pictures of. I like textures and odd looking things. As well, I love taking pictures of nature and people. I think a true artist sees the world a bit differently than the normal person. Whether it is the lighting or angle, there is a sweet spot for just about everything. That sweet spot makes the most mundane or inanimate object appear to be something quite spectacular or even breath taking.

Businessman and Entrepreneur
My education started at Utah Valley State College [Utah Valley University] where I earned a degree in Business Management. A few years later I earned my MBA Masters of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. I’ve considered doing more… but I am having a hard time finding the time.

After graduating with my undergrad, I started a career in management working for Seagull Book which then led to me managing Deseret Book’s flag ship store in Salt Lake City, UT. In March of 2008 I was hired as the President and General Manager of Utah Idaho Supply / Map World which is my day job. If you don’t know who they are… they are not a plumbing supply store, they are an education and learning supply store. It is a great company and has been a great opportunity for me.

As an entrepreneur, I have created a number of businesses; Sit and Dance for Seniors, LDS Book Screeners and Latter Day Brands.
